I grew up in Germany, studied in Great Britain, am an organisational psychologist and academic (University of Cambridge, UCL) at one of the most renowned business schools in Great Britain, with interdisciplinary experience in developing psychologically oriented learning methods.

CO-FOUNDER / MANAGING DIRECTOR

Born and raised in Thuringia, Germany. I work as a freelance consultant and systemic coach. I also advise organisations, conduct seminars, and work as a lecturer at several universities. For some time now, I have been exploring the topics of resilience, psychological and emotional robustness, and adaptability from a scientific perspective.

Alex is a strategist, educator, and innovation catalyst with a multidisciplinary background in architecture, project leadership, and entrepreneurship. With expertise in project agility, decision-making under uncertainty, and corporate entrepreneurship, Alex designs immersive learning experiences that challenge conventional thinking and drive transformational impact in organisations.

Background 

Alex has worked with UCL, Imperial College London, The University of Warwick and LSBU, leading in executive education, curriculum design, and research. With experience in construction, insurance, and consulting, Alex has guided projects across high-stakes industries, blending academic rigor with real-world strategy to drive innovation, resilience, and adaptability in complex environments.
