About Ben Laumann and Sebastian
Ben Laumann
Ben Laumann is an organisational psychologist, theatre director, and the Co-Founder and Managing Director (UK). He specialises in designing practical, psychology-based learning experiences that help organisations improve behaviour, performance, and communication through simple, human-centred methods.
Ben holds an MSc in Industrial, Organisational and Business Psychology from University College London (UCL), an MPhil in Innovation, Strategy and Organisation from the University of Cambridge, and a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London. He is a member of the British Psychological Society, an active theatre director, and a practising researcher in organisational behaviour and learning design.
Sebastian Flack
Sebastian Flack is a behaviour change consultant, systemic coach, and Co-Founder and Managing Director in Germany. He guides organisations, runs seminars, and teaches at multiple universities. Sebastian holds an MA in Social Science from Ruhr University Bochum and a BA in Social Management from Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences.
He has experience in commercial training and served four years in the German Armed Forces, including time in Afghanistan.
